The role of a system developer with us

As a system developer, you will work in a team with various competencies that collaborate to create sustainable and efficient solutions for the municipality's operations.

You will primarily work with automation and digitalization using RPA and Power Platform.

Some examples of tasks include:

• development of solutions (mainly in Blue Prism, Power Automate & Power Apps)
• testing, production deployment, and monitoring of solutions
• collaboration with operations, solution architects, and system developers
• creating technical solution descriptions

Your profile

As a person, you are curious, driven, and solution-oriented. You have a strong interest in system development and enjoy exploring new technologies. Quality and security awareness permeate your work. You plan, prioritize, and organize your work to deliver effectively. You have good communication skills and are comfortable in customer dialogue as well as in project work.

You work just as well independently as you do with others in a team. You express yourself well in Swedish, both spoken and written, as this is required in daily work. We place great importance on our good work environment and ensuring a good balance between work and private life. Personal suitability will be highly valued.

You may have a focus on either RPA or Power Platform, but should have a basic understanding of both. The role is suitable for those who want to further develop within automation and work in an environment where we combine technology with business understanding.

We are looking for someone who has:

• relevant university education in the field or equivalent experience deemed relevant by the employer.
• relevant work experience in either RPA or Power Platform.
• If your experience is in RPA, you need to have experience in application management and system administration.
• If your experience is in Power Platform, you need to have work experience in development in Power Apps and Power Automate.
• knowledge of development principles and best practices for RPA or Power Platform.
• experience in modeling data, connecting to, and managing data from various sources.

It is an advantage if you have experience in:

• developing in PowerShell, Python, C#, and/or SQL.
• UI/UX design.
• Azure development (e.g., Azure Functions, Logic Apps).
• API management.
• managing computers in AD, including Group Policies.

The Digital Center currently consists of five units with 65 people responsible for infrastructure, IT security, system development, application operations, and support for the municipality's IT environment.

The Digital Center belongs to the Service Administration, which works with services for both the municipality's residents, employees, and other administrations in the municipality.

We offer a permanent full-time position with placement according to agreement.

In this position, you will work at one of our offices in Kungsbacka, but you also have the opportunity to work remotely.
